I’ve played serious roles, ridiculous roles – and I’ve also played in 360 degrees for a VR video game. Then I’ve played dramatic roles, comedic roles – and I’ve parachuted into Belgium for a potato video. Also, I’ve played with famous Dutch actors, I’ve worked with famous Dutch directors – and I’ve even worked with the other Greg Shapiro, who is an Oscar-winning producer. (But that role ended up on the editing room floor.)
What is on this demo reel? In order, I
play a parachutist in ‘Agristo’ from director Dennis Bots.
Next, I play a Wall Street event organizer in ‘Hope’ from director Eric de Bruyne – with actor Monic Hendrickx.
Then I play a Jerry Springer ringer in a TV ad for Chicken Tonight.
Also, I play a high-status music producer in ‘Oh Baby’ from director Thomas Acda.
Of course, I also play police Officer Jack in ‘Krazy House’ from krazy Dutch director Steffen Haars.
In addition, I play a CFO suffering a cyber attack in ‘Cyber Summit’ from director Fried-Jan van den Eerenbeemt.
A CIA agent is what I play in ‘De Deal’ from director Arno Hinderickx.
I then play a proud papa in ‘How They Say You Care’ by director Amnon Klein.
A hotel security chief is my role in ‘Behind the Speedo’ by Redfoo, from LFMAO.
For the VR video game ‘The 7th Guest’ by director Ruwan Heggelman, I play an easily-seduced loser. Thank you to the gamer who went to the trouble of videoing himself working his way through all the levels and the clues.
Finally, I imitate John Travolta from Pulp Fiction for an online ad for Amsterdam GVB from director Matt Chapman.
